This 200-hour course includes all the training needed for the CHA's first two open-book exams (Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. However, after the first exam (and before the second) the CHA also requires a 650 hr log kept of ones "Practice". (There is a third exam for Master of Clinical Hypnotherapy, but not to be written until one has logged an additional 1800 hrs.)

History & Styles of hypnosis (Elman to Erickson). Mesmerism today

Self Hypnosis.

NLP: the grammar book of hypnosis (including rapport, VAK, reframes, voices, presuppositions, paradoxical intents, metaphors, anchors & triggers etc)

6 Foundation Courses (required by the CHA):

 

• Smoking
• Sleep
• Self Confidence
• Study
• Stress
• Weight Loss

Counseling (a variety, including Enneagrams, Colour, Meridian, etc)

Regression: Past-Life, and other styles

(Some students will not wish to study every advanced course. However, the equivalent time may be spent on electives.)
