Which is to commit to an action plan. I have added small GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING classes to help people afford high quality safe fitness training at a realistic price point. Group Strength training programs 2016-2017
The maximum amount of people in a class is six, which means you get personal attention, your given safe exercises that help you progress in strength while you improve your posture. You will enjoy working out with a few people who are just like you.
