Taking time for our health is the key to having a happy functional body. In these fast paced times its even more important that you dedicate personal self-care time. Which is to commit to an action plan. I have added small GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING classes to help people afford high quality safe fitness training at a realistic price point.  Give yourself the gift of FITNESS. I have also added free personal training for people who purchase a package of 12 – 24 personal training sessions.

 

Group Strength training programs 2016-2017

The maximum amount of people in a class is six, which means you get personal attention, your given safe exercises that help you progress in strength while you improve your posture. You will enjoy working out with a few people who are just like you.
